The Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism, Hon. Minister Qasim stated clearly that national security is an asset belonging exclusively to the Somali citizens rather than a leverage point for political loyalists or opposition factions. He called upon the public to remain vigilant, firmly protect existing security milestones, and systematically reject all forms of orchestrated civil unrest or lawlessness engineered to create governance vacuums.
